Recipe Baba Ganoush

This weekend, we celebrate the 45th Birthday of the UAE. In honor of their birthday, here’s a very popular dish in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the other Emirates: Baba Ganoush brought to you by Basmaty.

Baba Ghanoush is a traditional Middle Eastern eggplant dip. The eggplants are usually grilled on a barbecue which gives this dish a delicious smoky flavour, but you can also roast them in the oven. This refreshing dip is perfect to serve as appetizer with Lebanese bread or as a side sauce with grilled meat or chicken.
